Community and Vendor Guidelines

These guidelines set baseline standards for couples, guests, collaborators, and vendors using Nupta marketplace and planning features.

Effective May 19, 2026Last updated May 19, 2026

1. Accuracy and transparency

Vendors must keep business names, pricing, availability, portfolio media, contact details, location, licences, and service descriptions accurate and current.

Couples and guests should provide truthful information when submitting inquiries, reviews, RSVPs, media, or support reports.

2. Respectful conduct

Do not use Nupta to harass, threaten, discriminate, exploit, shame, or deceive another person. Content involving hate, sexual exploitation, non-consensual images, or targeted abuse may be removed and reported where required.

3. Reviews and trust signals

Reviews must reflect genuine experiences. Vendors must not buy, fake, pressure, or manipulate reviews. Nupta may remove suspicious reviews and adjust verification or trust badges.

4. Media and intellectual property

Upload only media you own or have permission to use. Wedding media may include personal or sensitive details, so obtain appropriate consent before publishing or sharing public guest pages, galleries, testimonials, or promotional content.

5. Enforcement

Nupta may warn users, reduce listing visibility, remove content, suspend features, revoke verification, or terminate accounts when conduct creates legal, safety, privacy, fraud, or marketplace integrity risk.

Questions about legal interpretation can be sent to support@nupta.rw. Nupta reviews these documents regularly and updates them when legal or product requirements change.
