Tracking and storage

Cookie Policy

This policy explains how Nupta uses cookies, local storage, SDK identifiers, and similar technologies on the website and mobile app.

Effective May 19, 2026Last updated May 19, 2026

1. Technologies we use

Nupta may use cookies, local storage, secure storage, session identifiers, device permissions, analytics SDKs, crash reporting tools, and notification tokens.

In the mobile app, similar functions may be provided by secure device storage, app preferences, analytics events, and push notification services rather than browser cookies.

2. Essential technologies

Essential storage supports login sessions, account security, language preferences, app settings, fraud prevention, checkout continuity, and core navigation. These technologies are required for the service to work.

3. Analytics and performance

Analytics may help us understand feature usage, improve reliability, measure product adoption, and diagnose crashes or performance issues.

Where required, non-essential analytics should be disabled until valid consent is collected. Users should be able to turn analytics tracking off in app settings where supported.

4. Marketing and attribution

If Nupta uses advertising pixels, campaign attribution links, or retargeting tools, those tools should be disclosed at the point of use and controlled through a consent banner or preference center where legally required.

5. Managing choices

You can manage browser cookies through your browser settings. In the app, use device settings and Nupta privacy settings to control permissions, notifications, and optional analytics where available.

Questions about legal interpretation can be sent to support@nupta.rw. Nupta reviews these documents regularly and updates them when legal or product requirements change.
