Terms and Conditions
These terms govern use of Nupta websites, apps, vendor tools, guest pages, marketplace features, subscriptions, and paid placements.
1. Acceptance
By accessing or using Nupta, you agree to these terms. If you use Nupta for a business, you confirm that you are authorised to bind that business.
If you do not agree, do not use the service.
2. Accounts and eligibility
You must provide accurate information, keep account details current, protect login access, and notify us of suspected misuse.
Couples, collaborators, guests, and vendors are responsible for the information they submit and the actions taken from their accounts.
3. Marketplace role
Nupta helps users discover, compare, contact, and manage wedding vendors. Unless expressly stated in a separate written agreement, Nupta is not a party to contracts between couples and vendors and does not guarantee vendor performance, availability, pricing, quality, licences, or outcomes.
Vendors are responsible for lawful advertising, accurate listings, service delivery, taxes, permits, refunds, warranties, and compliance with consumer protection rules.
4. Payments, subscriptions, and paid placements
Paid features may include subscriptions, premium tools, spotlight placements, verification services, or transaction-enabled features. Prices, billing intervals, renewal terms, refund rules, and cancellation methods should be shown before purchase.
Payment processing may be handled by third-party providers. Access to paid features may depend on successful payment confirmation and anti-fraud checks.
5. User content and licences
You retain ownership of content you upload, including wedding details, guest content, vendor profiles, images, reviews, and messages. You grant Nupta a limited licence to host, process, display, reproduce, and transmit that content as needed to provide and improve the service.
Do not upload content that is unlawful, misleading, infringing, abusive, non-consensual, or violates privacy rights.
6. Acceptable use
You must not scrape private data, reverse engineer protected systems, bypass security controls, send spam, impersonate others, manipulate reviews, publish discriminatory or deceptive content, or interfere with service availability.
We may remove content, limit visibility, suspend accounts, or terminate access where we reasonably believe these terms or the law have been violated.
7. Disputes between users
Users should first try to resolve vendor service, booking, payment, cancellation, or refund disputes directly. Nupta may provide support tooling or moderation but is not required to decide private contractual disputes.
We may use complaints, evidence, and reviews to moderate listings, verification status, and platform trust signals.
8. Disclaimers and liability
Nupta is provided on an as-is and as-available basis to the extent permitted by law. Planning tools, estimates, checklists, vendor recommendations, and generated documents are informational and do not replace professional legal, tax, financial, insurance, or event advice.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Nupta is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or lost-profit damages.
9. Changes and termination
We may update features or these terms from time to time. Material changes should be communicated through reasonable channels. Continued use after the effective date means you accept the updated terms.
You may stop using Nupta at any time. Some provisions, including payment, intellectual property, dispute, limitation, and compliance terms, survive termination where applicable.
10. Governing law
These terms are drafted for a Rwanda-based service. Governing law, venue, consumer protection, tax, payment, and marketplace obligations apply as required by applicable law.
